PANJAB ID is an identification and access system operated by PANJAB (“we”, “us”, “our”).
It enables customers to identify themselves, access PANJAB services, and interact digitally and in-store.
PANJAB ID is not a payment method, credit facility, guarantee of pricing, or guarantee of availability.
2. Eligibility & Account Integrity
PANJAB ID is available to individuals aged 16 or over.
By creating a PANJAB ID, you confirm that:
the information you provide is accurate and current
you are authorised to use the contact details supplied
you will maintain only one PANJAB ID unless expressly permitted
PANJAB may merge, restrict, suspend, or terminate duplicate, conflicting, or fraudulent accounts.
3. Use of PANJAB ID
PANJAB ID may be used to:
identify you across PANJAB systems
access menus, pricing, services, and features
place orders and interact with PANJAB platforms
receive communications and experiences related to PANJAB
Availability and functionality may vary by location, channel, system status, or time.
Access may be limited or revoked where misuse, abuse, fraud, or interference is suspected.
4. Pricing, Access & Availability
Pricing, menus, and access conditions may vary depending on:
whether a PANJAB ID is active, claimed, or presented
channel used (in-store, app, online)
time, location, or operational conditions
Pricing and access models may change.
Nothing in PANJAB ID creates a right to fixed pricing or availability.
5. Cards, Wallets & Activation
PANJAB ID may be issued in physical or digital formats, including wallet-based cards.
Unclaimed or inactive PANJAB IDs may:
have restricted functionality
expire automatically
lose access to features or pricing
Replacement or reissuance may be limited to claimed and active accounts.
6. Personal Data & Lawful Use
To operate PANJAB ID, we process personal data including:

email address
phone number
date of birth or age-related data
location data (e.g. postcode or region)
optional display or profile information
Lawful bases under UK GDPR include:
Contract – operating and administering PANJAB ID
Legitimate interest – analytics, system improvement, fraud prevention

PANJAB does not sell personal data.

PANJAB ID is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Termination
You may stop using PANJAB ID at any time.
PANJAB may suspend or terminate access where:
these terms are breached
misuse or abuse is suspected
required by law or regulation
Termination may result in loss of access to features or benefits.
11. Future Features
PANJAB ID may later integrate loyalty, rewards, stored value, or additional features.
Such features may be subject to separate or updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
